Statement Investigations

We train our investigators to look well beyond what a “check sheet” investigator might consider. In addition to gathering comprehensive information, we evaluate our findings as we receive them to identify red flags, trends, inconsistencies and other details that might indicate that there could be more to a case than meets the eye. FourHills investigators are skilled in AOE/COE, Subrogation, Property and Casualty, and other aspects of insurance claims.

In addition, our investigators understand the reasons behind the need for a detailed investigation. We go beyond what other firms might gather and take the next steps needed to obtain photographs of subjects/claimants and their vehicles for potential use in Surveillance investigations; we secure authorizations to release protected information and have them forwarded immediately, including information on pertinent medical providers; and we fully document and photograph accident scenes, equipment and witnesses for use in evaluating claims.

Surveillance Investigations

In the end, it’s all about the video. Our surveillance investigators are skilled at blending into the background and all of our vehicles are equipped with tinted glass. Our investigators make every effort to prevent a subject or claimant from becoming aware of their presence. We use hand-held and covert cameras, allowing us to get video from a vehicle or in a public place.

Our highly experienced office staff works with our field investigators to ensure that the project runs smoothly from the start. Our staff ensures the subject or claimant being investigated is confirmed to be in the area early in the investigation. If the individual no longer lives at the given address, we immediately do the background work to find them. We never sit on an empty house, and you’ll be kept updated throughout the day with the status of the case.

Our reports are submitted with photos taken directly from the video, which identify the claimant and show his/her activity. We also provide photos of the residence and any vehicles involved.

Background Investigations

Our experienced background investigators have spent their careers locating just about any type of information our customers may need, from civil or criminal court records to social media research and everything in between. We can obtain records for our clients at their request, and we have a physician on staff to review any medical records as needed.
