Damian brings more than 13 years of investigative experience to FourHills, along with seven years in the medical industry. He has extensive experience in the field conducting complicated surveillance investigations while meeting customer expectations. Damian has worked for several investigative companies, which provides him with a unique insight into our industry. This knowledge has resulted in increased quality of the FourHills work product, providing improved value for our customers.
As a licensed private investigator, Damian has significant experience with workers’ compensation and insurance fraud cases. Damian effectively manages cases from beginning to the end. He has investigated workplace incidents, performed surveillance and testified court. His strong writing background ensures concise and easy-to-read reports.
Damian is married with three children and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
Robin brings more than two decades of medical office experience to FourHills, providing her with a strong and sustained organizational background. She manages the flow of data through our company, and her close attention to deadlines and details ensures that our customers’ needs are kept at the forefront of our daily operations.
Robin is also one of the key contacts for our customers. Utilizing her well-developed communication skills, she keeps them regularly informed of the status and critical information regarding their cases.
Robin competed as an equestrian in Hunter/Jumper competitions throughout her youth. She has served as part of the National Girl Scouts organization, local PTA president, and sports team mother for both of her daughters. Robin takes the most pride in her family. She currently enjoys gardening and bicycling.

Alissa Johnson is a retired Sergeant from the Santa Rosa Police Department. During her 11 years with the department she spent three years as a detective in the Violent Crimes Unit investigating robberies, homicides, felony assaults and kidnappings. Since retiring in 2011 she obtained her private investigator’s license and has conducted numerous investigations including civil, criminal and workers’ compensation claims. Her experience as a detective in some very high profile cases ensures our clients that she professionally and thoroughly investigates her cases, with a sharp eye for detail.
As a police officer and detective Alissa is very familiar with the court system and has testified in numerous trials and as an expert witness. She is therefore highly aware of how to best protect the interests of our clients. Additionally, her experience as a Sergeant brings management skills and leadership to our organization.
When Alissa is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Kelie is a retired Los Angeles Police Officer. She spent seven years as a detective handling juvenile, sex and domestic violence crimes, as well as supervising a specialized unit handling the regulation and prosecution of sex offenders.
Since retiring in 2001, she became a licensed private investigator and has conducted hundreds of investigations in the criminal, civil, corporate and workers’ compensation fields.
Kelie has been a sports official since 2002, and worked at the high school level officiating softball, football and basketball. She focused her efforts on softball and earned promotion to the Division One level, and currently works games in the Big West and PAC-12 conferences.
Todd started his career in 1984 working for the California Department of Corrections and shortly thereafter promoted to the rank of Correctional Sergeant. He performed a variety of duties including the investigation and documentation of both inmate and employee misconduct.
Todd worked as a Regional Trainer for the Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) unit, and he was assigned to the Basic Correctional Officer Academy (BCOA) as an Academy Instructor, where he taught a variety of classes about the essential departmental policies and procedures. He retired in 2013.
Todd spends considerable time with his family and he provides significant volunteer hours working with teen youths at his church. He is active as a Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America and enjoys cooking, camping and motor sports.
Stan Hannahs service-retired from the California Highway Patrol in June, 2000, after a 32-year career, during which time he attained the rank of Captain. Sixteen years of his service with the CHP was as a supervisor and manager.
While with the CHP, he served as the Commander of four CHP Areas, an auto theft investigator, a hazardous materials coordinator at CHP Headquarters, and an instructor at the CHP Academy. For three years, he managed a unit in the CHP Bureau of Internal Affairs.
After retiring from the CHP, he became a licensed private investigator. From July 2000 until the present, he has conducted hundreds of investigations, concentrating nearly exclusively on Workers’ Compensation claims investigations for all types of employers throughout the State.
His off-work time is spent with his family and engaging in his near life-long hobby of restoring and modifying vintage automobiles.
Peter served a tour in the United States Marine Corps as an intelligence analyst and holds an International Business Management degree from Pace University.
Born and raised in New York City to immigrants, Peter is a native Chinese speaker who learned Spanish during his tour in the military. After honorably serving his country, Peter honed his language and investigative skills—by working as an interpreter for the NYC Court Systems, and as a Criminal Defense Investigator for the nations’ largest Public Defender—before relocating to Southern California and joining the FourHills family.
When he’s not at work, Peter is a World War II historian and nature enthusiast who enjoys taking scenic drives along the California coast with his loyal companion and best friend, Georgi.
Nathaniel D. “Nate” Smith served our country honorably for 13 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Cryptologic Spanish Linguist and Signals Intelligence Analyst. He holds a BA in Psychology from Chapman University.
His fluency in Spanish, coupled with the analysis and reporting skills he learned as a Marine, provides him with a unique skill set as an investigator.
Born and raised in Texas, Nate joined the Marine Corps following his graduation from Fredericksburg High School. Nate is an outdoorsman and enjoys pursuing wide and varied recreational opportunities involving hiking, camping and wildlife.
Anthony Lopez was born and raised in the California Central Valley. He worked as a Correctional Officer in a Level Four institution for six years, where he developed strong investigative and report writing skills. Since joining the FourHills team, Anthony has demonstrated a high aptitude for gathering critical case information and producing thorough and timely reports.
Anthony is married and has two children. In addition to enjoying time with his family, he is an avid landscape photographer. He also serves his community by volunteering with his local youth football program and the high school football program, where he coaches and mentors student athletes.
